AcromaPro’s Bernyl Facett LV HAPs-Free
Bernyl Facett LV HAPs-Free is a high solid, precatalyzed clear coating giving excellent build and depth to any finishing system. Its quickness to dry and easy sanding properties lends itself to be utilized as a self-sealing system.
This coating has excellent chemical resistance and scratch resistance properties when cured. As well as being HAPs-free, this product has a very low formaldehyde emission, meeting the German E1 specification.
AcromaPro’s Avanti WW Clear
Pre-catalyzed and pre-reduced clear coating for natural and stained woods. Delivery viscosity is the same as our suggested application viscosity, so just open the container, stir it well, and start to apply it. It can be applied as a sealer and topcoat, its sanding properties are very good.
AcromaPro’s Ultra Hide Precat Primer
Ultra Hide Precat Primer is a fast drying, high solids, precatalyzed, nitrocellulose primer suitable for MDF and other interior woodwork. This primer can be used on solid wood. This primer has excellent filling, hiding and sanding characteristics. Ultra Hide Precat Primer should be topcoated with recommended AcromaPro pigmented precatalyzed lacquers.

Ultra Hide Precat Lacquer is a high quality, pigmented, precatalyzed, nitrocellulose lacquer topcoat for interior woodwork. This formulation is fast drying with high solids, excellent build and better hiding compared to other pigmented precatalyzed lacquers. This low HAPS topcoat can be tinted.
AcromaPro’s Bernyl FF Hi-Bild Precat Lacquer
Bernyl FF Hi-Bild Precat Lacquer is an advanced formaldehyde free, fast drying, high performance, high solids catalyzed topcoat formulation developed for coating wood furniture and other interior wood products. It contains no formaldehyde or ingredients that my emit formaldehyde during and following application. This new technology is a drop-in replacement for traditional lacquer systems without the concerns of formaldehyde. After catalyzation, it is read-to-spray and it provides 4 months pot life as a precat lacquer. This KCMA self-sealing lacquer offers good vertical hang characteristics and is easier to sand than the standard precat lacquer. Bernyl FF Hi-Bild Precat Lacquer is ideal for kitchen cabinetry, furniture, and general wood finishing.

Bernyl FF Precat Primer Surfacer is a formaldehyde free pigmented surfacer designed for coating interior wood furniture and other interior wood products. It contains no formaldehyde or ingredients that may emit formaldehyde during and following application. This surfacer is very fast to sand and pack, much like nitrocellulose lacquer and has excellent filling properties suitable for filling MDF. With a four month working pot life, versatile application set-ups and ready-to-spray application after catalyzation (no reduction needed), this surfacer will increase efficiency and minimize down time and waste. Typical applications include kitchen cabinets, vanities, chairs, office and household furniture.

Bernyl™ FF Hi-Bild Precat White Lacquers are advanced formaldehyde free topcoats. This product is a fast drying, high performance, highly durable conversion lacquer for the general interior wood finishing market. It contains no formaldehyde or ingredients that may emit formaldehyde during and following application. This conversion lacquer is very fast to sand and pack, much like nitrocellulose lacquer and provides good flexibility and resistance to household stains and yellowing. With a four month working pot life, versatile application setups and ready to spray application after catalyzation (no reduction needed), this surfacer will increase efficiency and minimize down time and waste.
