AcromaPro’s Ameristar
Ameristar is a high-build, post-catalyzed, clear coating designed for demanding applications where chemical resistance and ease of application are a must. This product provided excellent flow and leveling. Ameristar is quick to dry and easy to sand, making an ideal self-sealing product. Ameristar also has excellent anti-sag properties. The technology of Ameristar provides non-yellowing properties, so it can be applied over white and pastel colors. This very durable coating has brilliant chemical resistance and scratch resistance. Ameristar is also low in HAPs.
AcromaPro’s Innovat HC
Innovat™ HC is a HAPs-Compliant, fast drying, acid cured, water white conversion varnish for interior woodwork. It has very high solids and quick build. This conversion varnish can be used as a self-sealing system and has a very soft, silky feel with excellent clarity. Innovat™ HC has great non-yellowing characterstics with outstanding moisture and chemical resistance. It also meets KCMA/CKCA standards.
AcromaPro’s Bernyl Unisurfacer
Bernyl™ Unisurfacer is a fast drying, post-catalyzed, acid cured primer for interior MDF and interior solid woodwork. It has extremely good coverage and provides good hold-out of the top coat. Using Bernyl™ Unisurfacer provides a high solids primer with excellent filling and sanding characteristics. Top coating Bernyl™ Unisurfacer with Matador™ provides a superior finishing system. It can be tinted and has low HAPS.
AcromaPro’s Matador
Matador™ White is a fast drying, post catalyzed, acid cured conversion varnish developed for a variety of interior woodworking. It has very high solids content and very quick build when used over Bernyl™ Surfacer White or Bernyl™ Unisurfacer. Designed specifically for MDF, it can be used on solid wood and provides excellent filling and sanding properties. It’s chemical and mositure resistance characteristics make it an ideal finishing system for kitchen cabinets, bath vanities and furniture. This low HAPS solvent system meets KCMA standards and can be tinted.
AcromaPro’s Bernyl FF Plus Surfacer
Bernyl™ FF Plus Surfacer is a formaldehyde free pigmented, high solids and build surfacer designed for coating a wide range of interior wood products. This tintable surfacer is ready to apply following catalyzation and requires no reduction. It has very good filling properties on a range of substrates, including hard and soft woods, particle board, MDF and other veneers. Bernyl™ FF Plus Surfacer provides excellent toughness, sandability and mar, chemical and moisture resistance. This surfacer meets KCMA test requirements when used under Bernyl™ FF Plus Conversion Varnish.
AcromaPro’s Bernyl FF Plus Conversion Varnish
Bernyl™ FF Plus Conversion Varnish is a formaldehyde free, high solids and build conversion varnish designed for coating interior wood working. It contains no formaldehyde or ingredients that may emit formaldehyde during and following application and therefore has no formaldehyde odor. This conversion varnish has good non-yellowing properties, good moisture and household chemical resistance, and excellent toughness and mar resistance. With a 5 day pot life, this conversion varnish is ready to apply following catalyzation with no reduction required and can be applied using conventional, airless, Air assisted airless or HVLP equipment. This tintable conversion varnish meets KCMA test requirements when used over Bernyl FF Plus Surfacer. It is suitable for hardwood, softwood, MDF and veneers making it ideal for kitchen cabinets, vanities, chairs, office and household furniture.
