Zinc Phosphates

This process converts the metal surface to a non-metallic, polycrystalline coating containing iron, manganese, nickel, and zinc phosphates. The metals may be treated individually or in mixed production.

Henkel Bonderite ZM-1 – Nickel-free conversion coating that converts metallic substrate surfaces to a fine-crystalline, non-metallic zinc phosphate coating that inhibits corrosion and increases the adhesion and durability of organic paints.

Henkel Bonderite 1994 – Nickel-free conversion coating that converts the metal surfaces to a non-metallic, fine-crystalline, polycrystalline phosphate coating that inhibits corrosion and increases the adhesion and durability of electrodeposited finishes.

Henkel Bonderite 958 – Formulated for immersion application on steel, galvanized steel, electrogalvanized steel, zinc-alloy coated steel, and aluminum.

Henkel Bonderite 2010 – Formulated for immersion application on steel, galvanized steel, electrogalvanized steel, zinc-alloy coated steel, and aluminum.

Henkel Bonderite 3080 – The treatment converts the metal surface to a non-metallic, polycrystalline zinc phosphate coating that inhibits corrosion and increases the adhesion and durability of paint finishes.

Henkel Bonderite CD-3020 – Converts the metal surface to a non-metallic, polycrystalline coating containing iron, manganese, nickel, and zinc phosphates. This coating provides high alkaline resistance and is preferred as a paint base offering superior adhesion and durability.

Henkel Bonderite CD-3042 – Zinc-phosphating conversion coating specifically formulated for immersion application and aluminum in mixed metal production. The process converts the metal surface to a non-metallic, polycrystalline coating. This coating provides superior corrosion resistance and is preferred as a paint base, offering superior adhesion and durability.

PPG Chemfos 700AW/RW – The morphology and unique chemical composition of a Chemfos 700AW/RW coating provides a superior corrosion resistant base, which is required for zinc and zinc alloy coated steels. Chemfos 700AW/RW forms a uniformly fine grain coating on steel, zinciferous, and aluminum substrates.
