HitSol Defoamer 61 – HitSol Defoamer 61 may be used in aqueous based formulations or as a side-add defoamer to control foam generation. It may be utilized in many applications including cooling water systems and high pressure spray cleaner systems. HitSol Defoamer 61 will work in most applications at ambient temperature but will withstand elevated temperatures up to 160°F. The recommended dosage is 0.1 – 1.0% of the total volume of the system.
HitSol HSC918 – An economical, water dilutable cleaning compound that is effective on inks, grease, and oils. It is designed for floor scrubbers. HitSol HSC918 can be used in pressrooms to remove aqueous inks and coatings. It can also be used for industrial maintenance cleaning. HitSol HSC918 is easy to use and has a pleasant scent. HitSol HSC918 quickly dissolves soils and leaves surfaces residue-free. The moderate pH make it mild to the skin and sensitive substrates, such as coatings and metals.
HitSol HSC829 – A highly aggressive, water-based, coatings remover. It is designed for use on wet paints, primers, powder coatings, and some inks. HSC829 will soften and remove coatings from ferrous metals and from many plastics when used in a heated soak tank.
HitSol Rust Stripper HSRS4200 – HitSol Rust Stripper is a highly aggressive, water-based rust stripper. It is designed for use on ferrous substrates to quickly remove oxidation.
HitSol HitCoat HSSC4504 – HitCoat 4504 is a water based welding antispatter compound. It is designed for use in welding operations to prevent spatter from sticking to the metallic substrate. HitCoat 4504 makes cleanup easy and results in a more attractive weld area. HitCoat 4504 is non-flammable and non-hazardous. A rust preventive is built into HitCoat 4504 to prevent corrosion on iron and steel equipment.
