These processes convert metal surfaces to a non-metallic, iron phosphate coating which inhibits corrosion and increases the adhesion and durability of paint finishes.
HitSol HSCC353 – An economical, spray or immersion applied, iron phosphate that simultaneously cleans and coats both iron and steel surfaces.
HitSol HSCC4309 – An economical, low-foaming at any temperature cleaner-coater intended for use in recirculated spray systems.
HitSol HSCC4353 – An economical cleaner-coater liquid iron phosphate solution. Forms a fine grain iron phosphate coating on iron and steel and provides uniform etch on aluminum substrate for enhanced paint adhesion.
Henkel Bonderite 1090 – Imparts an amorphous, non-heavy, metal phosphate conversion coating which treats steel and multi-metal substrates simultaneously. This is a 5-Stage product.
Henkel Bonderite 1070 – Formulated for spray and immersion application to steel, aluminum, and zinc surfaces to simultaneously clean and develop a conversion coating. This is a 3-Stage product.
Henkel Prep-N-Cote 500 LT – Formulated for spray application of steel surfaces to simultaneously clean and coat metal surfaces. This is a Cleaner/Coater product.
Henkel Parco Spray Wand 200 – Designed to simultaneously clean and impart a conversion coating on aluminum and zinc surfaces. This is a Spray Wand product.
PPG Chemfos 51HD – Chemfos 51HD is a heavy duty dual action chemical cleaner-coater designed to remove soils and deposit an iron phosphate coating on steel surfaces in a single processing step. Ideally suited for pretreatment systems where heavily soiled parts are processed.
PPG Ultraguard 333 – A new age iron using organic acceleration. This product should be used to compete with the best irons. It requires maintenance typical with chlorate-type products.
PPG Ultraguard 501 – Designed for 5-stage applications.
PPG Ultraguard 555 – Designed for the most difficult 5-stage steel applications.
PPG Ultraguard ATP50 – An ambient temperature 5-stage iron phosphate product. Organically accelerated, it provides excellent corrosion results when used in conjunction with a Chemseal final rinse product.
PPG Ultraguard 50F – A low temperature iron phosphate for steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces prior to painting. It is designed for use after tyipcal alkaline or neutral cleaners. Contains fluoride.
