HitSol RP704 – HitSol RP704 is a water-based corrosion inhibitor concentrate. HitSol RP704 was designed to protect ferrous metal from corrosion during indoor storage. It can be used as an inter-stage rust preventive in phosphatizing and painting operations. HitSol RP704 has low foam characteristics making it ideal for recirculating spray washers. The film deposited by HitSol RP704 leaves a light, dry film which can be easily removed.
HitSol RP734 – HitSol RP734 is a synthetic, water-based rust preventive that will protect ferrous metal parts from corrosion in indoor storage. HitSol RP734 contains no nitrites, nitrates, oils, or hazardous materials. The low-foam characteristics of HitSol RP734 make it ideal for re-circulating spray washers, but can be applied by dipping or brushing as well. HitSol RP734 can be used with hard, soft, or deionized water. HitSol RP734 leaves a light, dry film that can be subsequently removed from parts with warm detergent solution.
HitSol RP740 – HitSol RP740 is a non-staining rust preventive compound designed for the corrosion protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. HitSol RP740 can be used as a cleaner for oily soils and will leave a protective film on cleaned parts. HitSol RP740 will displace water from metal surfaces after machining or washing with aqueous cleaning compounds. Corrosion protection is excellent even in conditions of high humidity and condensation. The film deposited by HitSol RP740 will protect ferrous parts for up to one year in indoor storage conditions. HitSol RP740 can also be used as a light-duty lubricant.
HitSol RP750 – HitSol RP750 is a non-staining rust preventive compound designed for the corrosion protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. HitSol RP750 will displace water from metal surfaces after machining or washing with aqueous cleaning compounds. Corrosion protection is excellent even in conditions of high humidity and condensation. The film deposited by HitSol RP750 will protect ferrous parts for up to one year in indoor storage conditions. HitSol RP750 leaves an oily film and can also be used as a light-duty lubricant.
