Henkel’s full line of quality metal forming products for stamping and drawing are available in a variety of chemistries including straight oils, emulsions, synthetics, or dry films.
Acheson Deltacast CP-503 – PDC Die Lubricant for very thin or structural coatings, or where laser weldability is required, especially Mg and Vacural casting.
Acheson Deltacast CP-506 – A high solids PDC Die Lubricant product with low staining tendencies; good solder protection expected.
Acheson Deltacast CP-581 – PDC Die Lubricant for applications requiring a silicone oil-free product.
Acheson Deltacast CP-720 – PDC Die Lubricant with excellent wetting capability for higher temperature dies, suitable for heavy section castings.
Acheson Deltacast CP-726 – PDC Die Lubricant with excellent wetting capability for higher temperature dies; lower solids version of Deltacast CP-720.
Acheson DAG CT-3 – Solid graphite plunger lubricant; low housekeeping, 10% graphite content.
Acheson DAG CT-4 – Graphite-free, oil-based plunger lubricant.
Acheson DAG CT-5 – Oil-based graphite, excellent stability dispersion.
Acheson DAG CT-6 – Solid bead, graphited plunger lubricant; low housekeeping; 20% graphite content.
Acheson DAG 154 – General maintenance coating for dies and machines.
Acheson DAG AS-1116 – Anti-solder pasted for die casting start-up.
Acheson Deltacast 696 – Designed for painting onto ladles or other surfaces in need of protection from attach by molten metals or fluxes.
Cerflon® CER-IPA –  A colloidal dispersion of Cerflon fluoroceramic technology in isopropanol.  CER-IPA provides a new dimension in durable coating application.  It is an exceptionally stable dispersion that is translucent white in color which makes CER-IPA desirable for applications where the use of a dark colored (graphite or MoS2) solid lubricants would be unacceptable.  CER-IPA is formulated with the patented technology of Ceramic Reinforced Technologies (CRT) which “ceramically reinforces” the PTFE.  The reinforcement significantly increases its durability and application range and the technology also provides improved E.P., load carrying and anti-wear properties in fully formulated and finished coatings and lubricants.  Benefits can include energy savings, smoother mechanical operation, extended life, and reduced maintenance costs of the object being coated or lubricated.  The “reinforced” PTFE reduces surface to surface contact and scuffing while providing reliable low friction lubrication under boundary conditions.

Henkel Multan F737 – A synthetic metal forming fluid that is used as a replacement for vanishing oils in light applications.  This product provides a non-VOC alternative suitable for all metal alloys.
Henkel Multan F750 – A synthetic metal forming lubricant that is used on all metals including aluminum and copper alloys.
Henkel Multan F6740 – A synthetic metal forming lubricant that is used on all metals.  This polymer type product also has excellent biological control.
Henkel Multan F7160 – A synthetic metal forming lubricant that is used on all metals including aluminum and copper alloys.  The product’s unique combination of extreme pressure additives and polymer technology provide excellent lubricity in light to heavy forming applications.  This product provides low foam in subsequent washing operations.
Henkel Multan F7270 – A synthetic compound designed for drawing and stamping of ferrous and aluminum alloys.
Henkel Multan F1009 – Low viscosity, synthetic, heavy duty forming lubricant.
Henkel Multan F2004 – A synthetic compound designed for drawing and stamping of ferrous and aluminum alloys.  Its unique composition of corrosion inhibitors, Extreme Pressure (EP) additives and lubricity additives provide a durable product for today’s moderate to heavy drawing and stamping operations.
Henkel Multan F981ND – A general purpose metal forming fluid that can be used on steel and stainless applications.  It contains a biological control package for use in recirculating systems.
Henkel Multan F985 – A metal forming fluid suitable on steel, galvanized, aluminum, and stainless applications.  Its high viscosity allows it to have a range of dilutions and still maintain consistent fluid integrity.
Henkel Multan F927KW – A soluble oil designed for drawing and stamping of ferrous, galvanized, aluminum, and copper alloys.  Its unique composition of corrosion inhibitors and Extreme Pressure (EP) additives provide a durable product for today’s heavy drawing and stamping operations.
Henkel Multan PL633 – A vanishing oil product that is best used on light metal forming applications.  This product can be used on all metal types including ferrous, galvanized, stainless, aluminum, and copper alloys.  Good on non-washed stampings.
Henkel Multan PL1439 – Low VOC; use with Appli-Coater® for light stamping, high speed.
Henkel Multan PL Prelube MP-404 – A stamping and drawing lubricant backed with multiple OEM approvals.  It can be coil-applied through multiple application methods, including electrostatically.  It is typically used as a pre-lubricant on ferrous and non-ferrous materials during automotive stamping.
Henkel Multan PL298 – Low viscosity hydroforming die side lubricant.
Henkel Multan PL198 – High viscosity hydroforming die side lubricant.
Henkel Multan FP1212 – A paste designed for cold forging, forming, drawing, and bending of ferrous, stainless steel, and non-ferrous alloys.
Henkel Multan DFL55HS – Micro-wax dispersion suitable for the toughest of draws.
Henkel Drawco DFL767 – An organic coating that can be mill-applied to ferrous and non-ferrous substrates to replace mill oils, pre-lubes, and drawing compounds.  Can be applied via coil coater; weldable, cleanable, acrylic, clear film.  Its unique composition of corrosion inhibitors and lubricity additives provide a durable product for today’s heavy drawing, stamping, and forming operations.
